In the third quarter of 2025, the top social networking applications on the unified platform in Europe showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the trends for each app, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Telegram Messenger from Telegram FZ-LLC maintained robust weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $2.3M in early September. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 1.3M in late August, while weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 246M.

Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat saw its revenue peak at $1.6M at the end of September. Downloads were steady, with numbers around 42K to 44K weekly, and active users showed a slight dip, closing the quarter with approximately 1.5M.

Azar: Video Chat, Meet Friends experienced a decline in revenue, which decreased to around $884K by the end of the quarter. Downloads dropped from 204K in early July to 140K by late September, while active users decreased from 1M to approximately 720K.

Yubo : Make friends & chat now had a revenue peak of $532K in the last week of September. Weekly downloads showed a downtrend, decreasing from 64K to 43K, and active users also declined, ending the quarter at about 428K.

Finally, Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out from Discord, Inc. saw revenue rise to $766K by September’s end. Downloads were healthy, peaking at 467K, while active users were relatively stable, averaging around 34M.
